- Synopsis
- Criminal Frans Weeling is forced to lie low for a while in a holiday park at the island of Texel. During his stay at the island he is confronted with himself and realizes that in life nothing more is achievable for him, he is just a cog in the machine. This insight enlightens him, but also brings him in a state of total passivity. This passive attitude conflicts with his position as a leader in the criminal world.
