- Synopsis
- The city of New York ― Makoto stands on one of its streets with a letter in hand. Makoto came to New York to see Shizuru, who suddenly disappeared from before him without a word, as he learned that she was going to hold a photograph exhibition in this city.
  
  Six years ago ―――　On the day of his university’s entrance ceremony, Makoto meets Shizuru who has a girlish yet unique appearance. He starts talking to the girl who appears strange in his eyes as she seems to be having trouble to cross a street. That moment, Shizuru falls in love with Makoto.
  
  Shizuru tags along Makoto whose hobby is taking photographs and thus goes out to shoot photographs alone. Shizuru then starts taking photographs herself too solely to be with Makoto. Day after day, the two spend time in the forest behind their school campus to take photographs.
  
  Makoto, however, has feelings for Miyuki who is popular in her class and is loved by everyone. Makoto seems not to care for Shizuru who is not womanly.
  
  “If Makoto loves Miyuki, then I too want to like Miyuki...”
  
  Shizuru wishes to love all aspects and everything about Makoto because she loves him. Then one day, Shizuru decides to become a mature lady for Makoto.
  　
  “Watch me Makoto. I will grow up and become a startlingly beautiful lady that you might want to regret.”
  
  Makoto is so dull that he does not realize Shizuru’s feelings for him.
  One day after three years since they first met――― Shizuru tells Makoto that she wants to take a photograph of them two kissing in the forest behind their school campus as her work to submit to a contest. Makoto kisses with Shizuru in the forest believing that it is indeed for the contest. This is their first kiss, a moment of great happiness for Shizuru…
  
  However, Shizuru disappears from before Makoto from that day on...
  
  Then three years later ―――　The girl who appeared before Makoto in the city of New York was not Shizuru but Miyuki. And she starts telling a most unexpected story...
