    • HAPPY END is the third part of Frans Weisz’s family trilogy. The drama picks up eighteen years later with the patriarchal Simon mortally ill. The family meets at his bedside to decide what to do. Somebody mentions euthanasia, but the family cannot and will not talk about that subject. In order to put his father out of his pain, Isaac disconnects the tubes, but to everyone’s surprise Simon doesn’t pass away – he recovers.
