In the 1970s, Turkey was shaken by the student movements that were fed up with the fascist undertakings of the government. In an effort to force the state to release the imprisoned revolutionist, a prominent leader within the youth movement forms a guerrilla unit to take Eprahim Elrom, the consul of the Israeli consulate, hostage. Despite their inexperience, they manage to kidnap the Israeli consul and take him to Hamarat's apartment in Nisantasi. Trapped in this apartment, a strange kind of friendship and solidarity develops between Elrom, who was a revolutionary in his youth, and the guerrillas. Hamarat Apartment is now a crossroads not only for them but also for the World history.
