    • Synopsis
    • After grandma Gian passes away, Nicole decides to go to China for the first time to look for the house her grandma abandoned when she emigrated to Costa Rica. This would be the only way to answer the questions Nicole was never able to ask because she never learned Chinese, and her grandma never learned Spanish. This trip will lead her to question memory and how the past has some weight in creating one’s own identity.
