- Vengeance motivates a young man to go to war with the fishing barons that rule his town, sending him on a journey which transforms him from small time poacher into a criminal gang boss.
  
  Based on a true story, POACHER is a modern-day western about a creation of a folk-hero. Its a heist movie set on an island at the end of world: where men scheme and plot and push themselves to the brink, in search of of almost mythical sea creature more valuable than gold.
