    • Nada is going home. Or at least she wants to.

      She comes back to Lebanon as a stranger in her own country. She camps out in the ruins of her bandoned family house, the one place she still calls “home”. The ghost of the little girl she once was guides her through her fragmented memories. She's chasing after a mystery that haunts her: what happened to her grandfather who went missing during the civil war?
      Like a modern-day Antigone, Nada fights to discover her grandfather's murderers, locate his corpse, and give him a decent burial place. She challenges her neighbors, her family, her own brother. Nada's path is hard and chaotic, like growing up. On the way,
      brotherhood can arise, tenderness can flourish, a teenage stalker can become a friend.
