- Synopsis
- After an unexpected death in apartment 13, FEDERICO (Ricardo Fastlicht), a declining paranormal investigator and writer, moves in to solve the mystery and get his career back.
  
  To find out who is behind the murders, he teams up with FLORENCIA (Bella Castillón), FEDERICO’S estranged teenage daughter with a gloomy afterlife aura, and GREGORIO (Giuseppe Gamba) an admirer and medium expert in the supernatural world. With the help of his new team, the desperate investigator manages to establish a connection with ELIZABETH, (Susana Zabaleta) the young woman who died in that same apartment, who warns them of the monstrous creature that inhabits the building, and the dark secrets the other tenants hide.
  
  As FEDERICO writes his next book based on the tragedies, he finds out that if he wants to solve the mystery he must regain his father-daughter relationship first. However, to be the father he once was may result in abandoning his mission and ending his career once and for all.
