- Synopsis
- Diego, a 15-year-old teenager, and his new friends from a Miraflores neighborhood try to forge their identities and live a normal life, in the midst of a social context convulsed by terrorism and the political-economic instability of Peru at the beginning of the 90
  
  The year is 1992. Diego, 15 years old, is the Miraflores’ neighborhood’s rookie in and he tries to fit in a group of friends, some way older than him. In the midst of a convulsed context of terrorism, military abuse, social bewilderment and political instability; Diego will forge his identity influenced by peer pressure, wich imposes teenage life paradigms: interest on soccer, videogames, technology, girls, parties, sex, music, fights, tv and the beach. We will see the reflection of Lima’s traditional middle-class society, who lives on the sidelines and largely indifferent to the issues experienced within the country side, through these kids’ perspective. And notice how these same issues will get closer and closer to wake them up.
