- Synopsis
- What do women and men who dream of having a child have in common with those who seek to reconcile their assigned gender with their gender identity?
  At Milan's Nigaurda Hospital, in the department that deals with both MAP and gender dysphoria, Dr Bini takes her public service mission to heart, pushing back the barriers of 'political correctness' and the ethical limits of body manipulation, in order to reduce 'human suffering' as much as possible.
