- Synopsis
- From the Director Katsuhito Ishii ("Taste of Tea" Opening Film of the 2004 Director's Fortnight, "Party 7"(2000), "Sharkskin Man and Peach Hip Girl(1998))comes a unique and out of this world roller coaster movie! Together with directors Shunichiro Miki, and Aniki, the three have formed a unit called "Funky Forest" in which a world of standup comedy, William S.Burroughs-like creatures, Sesame Street-like characters, "Hair"-like dance sequences, and everything else in between is rolled up all in one.
  You have to see it to believe it! Once again, Ishii teams up with Tadanobu Asano who has played in all of Ishii's films, and Susumu Terajima, most know for his supporting roles in Takeshi Kitano films. Both appeared in "Sharkskin Man and Peach Hip Girl" in which their performances was raved. The reunion should not be missed.
