- Synopsis
- CHARLIE HATFIELD (40), once a prominent physics teacher, now a suicidal widower, is forced to embrace life again when the alcoholic disc golf fanatic LESTER (45) and his teen-angst teenage daughter PIPPA (16) move next-door and just won’t leave him alone. KAREN (38), an owner of a local store going out of business, with a secret crush on Charlie and dreams of becoming a yoga instructor, also does her best to make sure he keeps on living. Although the four couldn’t be more different, they find comfort in one another, and gradually start helping each other out of their difficulties to the right path in life.
