- Synopsis
- Friends List explores the fragile boundaries between reality and mental dissociation through Lexa Rhodes, a troubled graduate student and political campaigner. Alongside her friends, the "Magnificent Seven," she celebrates their successful campaign for their Senator, but their festive retreat quickly spirals into a nightmare. An anonymous yet vengeful killer begins systematically eliminating Lexa's friends, targeting them in the order they appear on her social media friends list, turning their once-safe virtual space into a deadly hit list. As panic sets in, Lexa's psychological state deteriorates, haunted by traumatic memories of her parents' death an influenced by her overprotective twin brother, Alex, and her manipulative psychiatrist, Dr. Cross. As the body count rises, Lexa struggles to protect her friends while confronting her own unraveling sanity. Each murder dredges up buried emotions, forcing her to question her reality. With the killer closing in, Lexa faces an impossible choice—save her friends or save herself.
