    • Synopsis
    • Jason is an adventure-seeking, backpacking globe-trotter who finances his travels by entering fight tournaments all over the world. When he accidentally kills a prize fighter in a Thai bar, the local gang leader Lynx kidnaps him and places him in an underground crime tournament. Jason narrowly escapes with the help of Chrissy – a rich but rough British bikergirl. He immediately draws the attention of Darnell, the biggest crimelord in Bangkok, who promptly places a huge price on Jason’s head.
Now wanted by every street thug, Jason must fight his way through the streets of the city. He comes across another ally in Jack Rawlings, an ex-DEA agent with a personal vendetta against Darnell. Jack explains that the main source of income in Bangkok is drug exporting: defeat Darnell and the drug dealing will stop. Jason, however, wants nothing to do with this… he just wants to ditch Thailand altogether. Jack tries to convince him to join forces, but Jason leaves.
However, as Jason tries to catch a plane, he gets picked up by corrupt police officers. They bring him to a hidden facility, where he gets rescued by Shiva – a mysterious assassin. But Shiva didn’t intend to save Jason: she was after the head of the corrupt police force… so she abandons Jason in the midst of danger.
With the gangs back on his tail, Jason must fight his way across a floating market and through heavy cross-town Bangkok traffic. Once again Chrissy steps in to help Jason escape on her bike. She shows him a side of Thailand he hadn’t experienced before: a relaxing, calm island hiding place, which they can only enjoy for so long before Jason is re-discovered.
On return to the mainland, Jason finds Jack murdered and is now determined to go after Darnell. Lynx hears of this and informs Darnell, who puts out her eye in punishment for letting Jason escape. With the help of Chrissy, Jason fights his way to Darnell’s hideout: one of the tallest buildings in Bangkok. To get there, they travel and fight in the famous Skytrain of Thailand.
Jason and Chrissy arrive at the building, and all seems to go smoothly, until Shiva appears and reveals that Chrissy is Darnell’s daughter. Jason thinks Chrissy has betrayed him. Shiva kidnaps Chrissy because she’s Darnell’s only weakness and beats Jason in a quick, gritty fight, leaving him for dead.
Jason revives and fights his way up Darnell’s luxurious skyscraper, battling through a long, exhausting fight in a single elevator. He arrives at the top, where he finds Shiva fighting with Darnell. However, Darnell seems to gain the upper hand, until Shiva goes for his daughter. Darnell had expected this move, and sets off a small gas explosive secretly contained in Chrissy’s necklace, knocking both Chrissy and Shiva out. Darnell thinks he has won, but a vengeful Lynx attacks him, wounding him before he kills her.
Jason steps in almost kills Darnell, proclaiming that: “…I may be a fighter, but I’m not a killer.” However, Jason is no bodyguard either… and Shiva steps in to finish the job in her signature style – sending the Vanda orchid floating down upon Darnell’s dead body.
Chrissy, having inherited all Darnell’s money, establishes herself as a force for good in Bangkok. As a gift, she gives Jason a private plane to continue his travels. They kiss and, realizing he has fallen for her, Jason reconsiders – he has finally found the sense of belonging he’s been searching for all this time: “Maybe I could stay for another week… another month… another year…”
