    • Synopsis
    • The Argentine crisis of 2001 marks Felipe's generation that cannot understand the sadness that overwhelms him. He sees how his parents fight against economic and political pressures from opposite sides while they do what they can, although it is not enough for a child who feels alone. His defense mechanism is to run away from home and he dreams of stop being a child to be able to make his own decisions. At the same time, Felipe meets Lucía and falls in love with her, identifying his story with hers, forgetting for a moment his anger. When the crisis erupts and external violence crosses the parent’s barriers and reaches the children, Felipe takes the opportunity to escape again, this time with Lucia. In their hideaway on the beach, the girl shows her maturity and decides to return despite everything. Paradoxically, Felipe is left alone in his escape and his dream comes true: suddenly he is no longer a child. As he retraces the path and encounters the conflict of his parents, he will understand in Lucía's eyes that there is something deeper.
