- Synopsis
- Mara’s and Ivar's 24-year long love has grown into co-dependence - where once was caring, now there is nagging. The mutual appeal of the relationship is long gone because Ivars is no longer as thin or hardworking as he once was, while Mara has gradually lost her patience with him.
  This is a tragicomic story about a fragile relationship that functions only out of necessity and eventually starts to fall apart when Ivars becomes ill. Mara then is faced with a difficult decision - should she end the relationship and become free, or should she remain faithful until death?
