It is also the result of many years spent following the musical artistry of Enzo Avitabile, a well - known figure on the world music scene recognized for his passion for research and experimentation. Music has always played a decisive role in Demme’s films. This documentary gives us the incredible opportunity to experience a story told through the eyes of one of the greatest directors in the world, not only about the music of a “unique” artist like Avitabile, but also of Naples, a city with all its treasures and contradictions.
