- Synopsis
- The year is 2040, five years since the previous movie. Thanks to the Eight Rangers' efforts, Hachiman City (aka Eight City) has become a "City with Zero Crime" and a "100% Clean Energy Model City," having transformed into a respected city in Japan. The Superhero's Association is now a municipal enterprise, and the seven Eight Rangers are paid a high salary funded by taxes. Now that they have money, they begin to forget that they are heroes and busy themselves about fulfilling their private lives. Then one day, a message is suddenly broadcast on TV from The Dark Crusade, the terrorist group that had supposedly been destroyed, addressing the peaceful Hachiman City. The message is a demand for the release of all Dark Crusade members that had been confined in the prison that no longer exists. The person making the demand on the air is Red, dressed in a ragged suit…
