    • Synopsis
    • Every year in France, tens of thousands of young women embark upon studies that will lead them to become nurses. Admitted to an IFSI - Nursing Training Institute - they will spend three years between lectures, tutorials, practical exercises and field training. Three intense and difficult years during which they will have to acquire a great deal of knowledge, master numerous technical procedures and prepare themselves for heavy responsibilities. Three years to build themselves up, supporting each other when things are too tough, when they flag a little.
      This film aims to follow some of them over a few months to relate the ups and downs of an apprenticeship that will confront them, often at a young age, with human fragility, the flaws in souls and bodies, suffering, illness, and occasionally life's end.
