- Synopsis
- A “little man”, from an Apulian provincial town, sixty years old, wealthy and arrogant, discovers that he is the father of a child in Australia, the fruit of a youthful love affair, now forgotten. She is the mother of a splendid child, his grandchild, the son of a tourist guide in Alice Springs. Racked by indecision, he finally decides to go and meet this family. And indeed he does not regret his decision. A one-way journey awaits him: the places, people and myths he encounters, so foreign to him, force their way into his life, changing the “little man” into a Man. This film, directed by Mimmo Mongelli, is taken from the story "Heart of Daughter" by Pio Carlone.
