- Synopsis
- As soon as the dashingly handsome investment banker Shen Ran loses his ingénue of a girlfriend Zixin to an architect with a heart of gold, he returns to his previous life as a womanizer with a vengeance. He starts hitting on every pretty girl that crosses his path until he finally settles on the stock market maverick Yang Yang, a lady as gorgeous as she is talented. Unbeknownst to Shen Ran, his old flame Zixin soon begins working for Yang Yang and her brother Paul has developed a crush for her. A twisted double love triangle is forming. At the beginning, Yang Yang mistakes Paul for Zixin’s fiancé and spurns his advances, but she finally discovers the truth on Zixin’s wedding day and is torn between her two loves. Shen Ran, in the meantime, comes to realize his love for Zixin has never died and determines to woo her back in the nick of time.
