    • Synopsis
    • Emílio, a young Black gay man living with his mother Rosa, learns that his estranged father, Cézar Ferrara (Cezão), is alive and runs a boxing gym. Determined to connect, Emílio joins the gym but faces tension due to Cezão's homophobia and conservative beliefs tensions that escalate when Cezão discovers Emílio's drag persona, Sahara Diamante. Despite Rosa's fears and past traumas, Emílio strives to earn his father's respect without compromising his identity. When Cezão's star boxer is injured, he reluctantly trains Emílio, leading to a fragile bond forming between them. In the championship's climax, Emílio enters the ring adorned in LGBT colors and drag elements, fighting fiercely to assert his identity and seek acceptance for who he truly is.
