- Synopsis
- Talented but straight-laced Tetsuko ISHIDA passes the bar exam and begins her career as a lawyer. She gets married at 28 and leads a life that should be the envy of anyone, and yet neither her work nor personal life is satisfying. Tetsuko passes the days filled with a sense of emptiness and isolation.
  One day, a woman makes a visit to Tetsuko's law firm with a demand for financial compensation due to breaking off a wedding engagement. Her name is Natsuko KOTANI – Tetsuko's slightly younger cousin. Natsuko has a gift for smoothly working her way into men's hearts, even after the very first meeting. At some point, these men dreaming of a future life with Natsuko part ways with their money.
  Since childhood, Tetsuko has had a strong dislike of Natsuko, who's her polar opposite. It's been many years since they last met, but Tetsuko ends up at the mercy of natural born scammer Natsuko, and works to get her client out of trouble time and time again..
