    • Kanae Kikuchi is a sophomore, belonging to the horsemanship club at Sanbongi Agricultural High School in Japan. In the club, she has to take care of the “toughest” horse named Cosmo who has poor eyesight with a strong mistrust for humans. Obviously, it’s a difficult task for anyone to gentle her and Kanae feels weary of taking care of her in the back of her mind.
One day, when she takes Cosmo out for a walk, Cosmo suddenly rages around. Cosmo becomes very nervous when she steps even on tiny dents on the road. Kanae finds Cosmo completely loses her eyesight and realizes how hard for Cosmo to live blind as a horse. Then she changes her mind to spend most of her time with Cosmo. With Kanae’s tender care, Cosmo gradually opens herself to Kanae. Before Kanae having the last equine competition event in the school, she makes a surprising decision to participate in it with Cosmo!
