    • Ruth is always fighting with her rebel daughter Helô. Helô blames Ruth for her failures and prefering her sister Beth. She has many serious problems of comunication. Ruth stay penalized to see her daughter sad. Helô underestimates Ruth’s life experience. However, Ruth’s image of perfection fall when she reveals that she had a lover in the past. Mother and daughter become to see themselves as humans, especially when Helô finds out that her mother has cancer.
