    • Synopsis
    • An Introverted young man, Shun Miyata moves to Tokyo to change his environment. He starts working part-time at a take-away meal shop in downtown Tokyo, and tries to find a writer's job in the meantime. While he struggles to find a writer job openings, his new life in Tokyo seemed to be off to a good start, surrounded by such new people as the friendly owner Yuriko Kodama, fellow part-timer Yuka, and their friends. However, the situation turns when Shun and Yuka discover Yuriko's secret. Yuriko was having an affair with Saeki, the head of the neighborhood association, and they were secretly leading the insurance fraud by murdering elders in the neighborhood.Yuka and Shun are disappointed and disgusted by Yuriko, but are unable to take action. Despite their agony, the relationship between the two, who share a secret, gradually gets intimate. Meanwhile, the chairman of the board and Yuriko's plan is steadily being promoted. This work ironically and ruthlessly depicts the contrast between the darkness of the adults lurking in the seemingly ordinary and desolate shopping district and the youth of today.
