- Back in Paris, the city of his birth, a man travels through memories of his past and surreal fragments of the present, searching for a link and a tribe among a shifting mosaic of people and places. Over and over again, he asks himself the same question: how can I feel at home with others? It's an exploration that resonates with the director, who left Paris at the age of two with his mother and older brother. He moved away from his Algerian heritage, leaving behind a brother, a father and a first name.
