- Synopsis
- CUBBY follows the whimsical, sunny side-up story of Mark (played by the director himself) who moves from the midwest to New York City and becomes a babysitter for a hip, affluent Park Slope family. While befriending Milo, in his care, Mark faces the difficulties of working class millennial life in the big city, made all the more troublesome thanks to an LSD-laced cupcake that brings to life his secret fantasy, the Leatherman (Christian Patrick, INT.LEATHER-BAR-NIGHT.) Also starring Patricia Richardson of ABC's Home Improvement fame, CUBBY is a sweet, funny and uplifting joyride into the ups and downs of a working man's real and imagined lives.
