- Countless Times is about a struggling artist falling in love with a mysterious traveller. It follows Neil, a video artist, who struggles in producing his art until he meets Cee, a traveller from a distant city. Cee migrates to the Philippines for good. They encounter each other as Cee wanders the city. They get to know each other when Neil offers to help pay for her coffee.
  
  A group of captors follow Cee’s paths. Neil rides the motorbike with Cee to get away with them. Cee gets shot on the arm but Neil manages to lose them.
  
  Cee tells Neil that she travelled to the Philippines to find the grave of Amy, her mom. To do this, she has to find Cornelio, a man whom Cee’s mom fell in love with in the past. She says that Cornelio has a journal hidden in a library in Manila. Upon unearthing Cornelio’s diary, they find out that Cornelio stayed in the rural north of the Philippines to get away with the government and the risks in Manila. As they travel, they slowly fall for each other. Neil films Cee to produce some bits of his art.
  
  As they reach Batanes, that night, they almost fall under their sheets. Neil discovers Cee’s wound is gone in as fast as two days. In the middle of the night, Cee is haunted by her nightmares. She wakes up and leaves the hotel. A few hours later, Neil wakes up to a call from James. James suspects Cee as an identity thief and that her true name is Renee Mendiola. Neil rushes to look for Cee in the town.
  
  Cornelio is shocked to see Cee, whom he thought is Amy. They discuss how Amy brought him to other universes and how they managed to go back and forth. Amy travelled across the universes to escape her father’s plan. Cee goes out of the house and finds out that Neil is just outside, listening. He remains still and silent while Cee prepares to drive. She tells everything as she drives. She confirms that she’s a space-time traveller.
  
  At the Vayang Rolling Hills, where Philippine roads end, Cee cries on her mom’s grave. They spend the night in the hills. Neil falls asleep despite the heavy feeling. Cee realizes that the captors may arrive soon. She finds herself torn between staying with Neil or leaving this universe. She comes up with her decision and films herself saying her farewell to Neil. She goes to the nearest airstrip and there awaits her spacecraft. The next morning, Neil wakes up and realizes that Cee left the universe. Just as he’s about to leave, Cornelio arrives. Cornelio gives his inspirational remark to Neil. Neil films Cornelio before he finally leaves.
  
  A few weeks after, Neil opens his video art show in Manila. He approaches a woman and smiles in surprise. It’s Renee Mendiola, the other “Cee” in Neil’s universe. Meanwhile, Cee in another universe meets Neil’s counterpart.
