- Synopsis
- Complacent is a portrait of the middle-class-America lifestyle. The 9 to 5 desk job, cookie-cutter homes with manicured lawns, golf three times a week. Only problem... No one loves the other... No one strives for more... No one sees outside its own front yard... They all just coast... Question is, can you really go through life like this without deteriorating from the inside?
  Two sisters, Myah and Beth, struggle with their differences and their predispositions. Mentally abusive marriage of the older and boredom of the younger will come to an end - their complacent lives and lives of their friends are shaken to the core by a tragedy that they are now forced to face.
