- Synopsis
- A judge trapped by debt and the anxiety of having to satisfy his wife's whims must give in to the orders of a bank. Abandoning his scruples, he agrees to participate in a speculative transaction as a TV showman and as a commercial agent of the bank itself. The judge receives the case of a racist attack that has had massive media coverage. The bank sees the great audience potential of this case and decides to sponsor the trial, along with its live television broadcast. The hearing becomes a huge media event and as the case develops, it strays completely from the customary rules of the Western legal systems.
