- Synopsis
- Jessica Lucas was just a girl when her father, Doctor John Lucas, created the Diamond Corporation and masterminded the Paragon program. In his vision Paragons were the next stage of human evolution for a better, happier world. However his protégé Doctor Sheldrake had a different vision, darker and more dangerous. Sheldrake proposed the idea of injecting the Paragons with a deadly virus that would lie dormant until activated as a means to control them. The only way to prevent the release is for the Paragon to undergo expensive upgrades. Lucas dared to oppose this plan so Sheldrake had him cryogenically preserved and uploaded Lucas's consciousness into his own brain. Sheldrake is now the most powerful man on Earth, beloved by all, but secretly evil and unstable. Now it's up to Jessica to unravel the mystery, revive her father and restore his mind before Sheldrake changes the fate of humankind forever.
