- Synopsis
- Set against the pulsating background of early 2000’s Sapporo, Filipino transgender dancer Marie becomes entangled with the dangerous underbelly of the criminal world after an immigration raid leaves her with no choice. Desperate, Marie takes a job at the Chameleon club where she works hard to get the favor of Yakuza boss, Shimamura. Here, Marie finds herself immersed in a volatile world of deceit, greed, and betrayal, realizing she must find a way to escape even though the promise of freedom may be fleeting.
