- Synopsis
- For four long years, the town of Little Falls was terrorized by a serial killer known only as the Happy Face Killer. His final victim was the wife of the town Sheriff, Sam Williams. In a confrontation that nearly cost him his life, Sam and his deputy, Tim Edwards, took down the rampaging psychopath, ending the bloodshed that had enveloped Little Falls for close to half a decade.
  But one year later, the murders begin again. Sam, discredited and emotionally scarred, must face the demons of his past and try to prevent the nightmare from taking hold once again. As the body count rises and the fear begins to seep back into the streets of Little Falls, Sam comes to the horrible realization that these murders are not just random atrocities. They are leading a path straight to him, a terrible retribution for his own good deed in putting an end to the Happy Face Killer's stranglehold on the town.
  But is this the work of a simple copycat or is the truth something much more sinister?
