    • Synopsis
    • As a hurricane threatens the Caribbean, three strangers meet in Santo Domingo: Sera, a high society girl who has sex with strangers in the slums; Lieutenant Pérez, a lonely policeman investigating a case to repair his relationship with his daughter; and Candela, a drag queen in a poor cabaret on a quest for justice. All are united by the mysterious death of Renato, a young poet and drug dealer.
