- Synopsis
- Following a whirlwind romance and marriage to a beautiful English woman ANNABEL (Charlotte Radford), an American soldier SAMUEL (Peter Facinelli) is sent off to war and is soon severely wounded on the battlefield. However, he mysteriously finds himself reunited with Annabel, back on their beautiful English country estate. Despite it being thought a bit curious by Annabel and the staff that Samuel has returned from the war so quickly Annabel and Samuel resume their lives together more in love than ever. But things just don't feel right. Unexplained supernatural events begin to occur in nature and around Samuel. We come to realize that he is actually a ghost who has only been given a limited amount of time to say good bye to Annabel. But he doesn't want to leave her - especially as will become a father. Rumors soon spread - unexplained, strange goings on at the manor house. Reality closes in when Anabell receives a telegram from the War Office informing her that Samuel has been ‘killed in action’. While Annabel must let go and let Samuel pass into the afterlife, his memory will live with her and her their unborn daughter forever.
