    • Synopsis
    • It is the fifties in the Chilean valleys and only women live in a large hacienda: Matilde, the matriarch, her three maiden daughters and the youngest, who is adopted. Matilde is dying. On her deathbed, she confesses to the village priest that she had killed her husband 40 years earlier and "buried him" in a chest inside the garage. She also tells him that the chest already contained the corpse of another man who she didn't know. The secrets of the past that conditioned the lives of these women will be revived and will change everybody's lives for good.
