    • Synopsis
    • Aicha, Radia and their mother live removed from the world in the servant’s quarters of a deserted house.
      The precarious balance of their daily life is shaken by the arrival of a young couple who moves into the main house. The three women hide their existence from the newcomers, afraid to attract attention on their situation and be evicted as they have no right to live there.
      But Aicha, the youngest of the two sisters is nonetheless attracted by the newcomers. Especially, Salma, a young woman full of vitality. She represents everything Aicha is not and wishes to be.
      She is feminine whereas Aicha has to wear the clothes her mother imposes on her; she is modern and outgoing whereas Aicha lives as a recluse and finally Salma has a full sexual life whereas Aicha remains immature and frustrated .
      The mother and the eldest sister, Radia, are hostile towards Salma’s way of life. Despite their efforts to frighten her and make her leave and particularly faced with the sickly attraction that Aicha feels towards her, they are finally forced to sequestrate Salma.
      Salma’s captivity exacerbates even more the two sisters’ frustration.
