- BRIGITTE MONTFORT is a live action espionage series set in the 60’s, with eight 52-minute episodes. This action packed series follows Brigitte, a journalist with a secret: she is a CIA agent. Based in a famous pulp fiction series that had more than 500 published books, BRIGITTE MONTFORT brings the best of these stories to the TV with a more contemporary female hero. As in JESSICA JONES, AGENT CARTER and THE FALL, the series is about a strong independent woman who does not conform to gender rules from her time. During her trip to Latin America, Brigitte fights against imperialism and the remnants of Nazism. She will also dig up secrets from her own past, things that may unsettle her life forever. With a gun, a lot of wit and some sensuality she will embark on a number of missions and face iconic villains, in search of answers about her own identity.
