- Synopsis
- On the inlands of central Brazil a very special boy is born. Although some think he is a super hero and even an angel, he is just a boy that instead of arms was born with wings. What seems to be a blessing slowly turns in to a burden as growing in the small village the boy finds out first hand the adversity and discrimination of being different. When he is forced to move to the big city he decides to stop using his wings to try and fit into society. In the city he discovers a new world full of love, adventures, hardships and hope. The moving yet delicate story shines a new light on the journey that is growing up. Base on the bestseller Menino de Asas the film is sure to touch hearts and make audiences wonder what it would be like to have wings and be different in today’s world.
