  A police researcher will be the host determined to answer the outstanding questions of some of the most emblematic cases in the history of serial killers in Latin America. Intelligent, reflective, stubborn, and with a natural and entertaining ability to tell stories, he forwards the viewers the facts, describes relevant and ghoulish details, and with the help of stock footage, he will retail the darkest and striking events of each case.
