    • Synopsis
    • Boonchu is a familiar name in Thai cinema as it has garnered over many successful episodes dating back to the 1990's as a hit genre dealing with family fun. Every installment of the Boonchu story, received block buster revenues from the mass followings of a simplistic character named Boonchu and his adventures, over 200 million baht to be exact. At the helm of the director/ writer seat, is Mr. Bhandit Rittakol.
      For 2008, fans of the Boonchu series will once again get to follow the comedic story of Boonchu. But as time passes, so does the time in the movie world. Which brings us to Boonchu's son, named Boonchok, played by (Tanachat Tunyachat). Ordained as a young monk, he plays an innocent boy who looks on the brighter side of life, similar to his father Boonchu (Santisuk Promsiri). Boonchu wants Boonchok to be lead a life of monkhood. However his wife, Mori (Jintara Sukapath), secretly sets Boonchok from his monkhood and sends him on his way into the big city of Bangkok. The trouble extends to Boonchu's close knit friends as well, as they are also an important part of the series. Now all the dads must ask a dear favor for the sake of Boonchu's son. They must all ask their teen kids to look after Boonchok.
      Nink (Apinya Sakuljaroensuk) leads the group of youngsters in looking after Boonchok. The funny story begins to unfold when Boonchok travels to Bangkok and his way of life clashes with the modern city.
