- Synopsis
- Beto age 10, a boy who thinks and imagines with drawings, shows his friends in the capital the first handmade comic book of his own authorship, where he tells about his unforgettable vacations at his grandmother's house in the countryside, in the village where he lives after his parents disappearance (by the military dictatorship of 1964 in Brazil); the adventure narrates since his arrival still introverted, shy and fearful, until he becomes a brave werewolf hunter. With the help of his friends Juca age 10 - the neighbor obsessed by westerns - and Mina, 11 the girl who collects horror comics, he will manage to face and overcome his small and big fears until he unmasks official and religious lies; face the living dead monsters of the Brazilian mythology such as Mapinguari, the Headless Mule, the Chupa cabra, the Caipora and the Boitatá, and help them get rid of terrible hunters. The end of the exciting comic also tells of his first kiss, and the adoption of his mysterious mutt Tupã.
