- Synopsis
- 1998… Korea is hit by the IMF crisis. The Korean won is barely worth its weight and bankruptcies are piling up like litter on the streets. But in Pusan, among the fish and tough sea-going men, the narcotics market is flourishing as never before. In this setting, Sangdo, a low-level drug dealer, and Doh, the drug detective, face off as they both seek to catch Jangchul, the key figure in Korea’s drug world.
