- Synopsis
- “Blind date” (“Randka w ciemno”) is a comedy about relationships, unpredictable and full of twists and turns.
  As a result of a crazy bet with his mates, Karol (Borys Szyc) decides to enter a popular game show “Blind date”. Little does he expect that by doing so he gets to the frontline of the war between men and women, where no prisoners are taken and both sexes will do anything to tip the scales in their own favour. Majka (Katarzyna Maciąg) cannot seem to recover after Cezary (Bogusław Linda) dumped her lured by the charms of a sexy Czech girl Karolina (Petra Tumova). But what crazy girl-friends are for? They plot to make totally surprised Majka a candidate in the “Blind date”; as a result Majka wins an exotic trip with Karol convinced of his irresistible appeal. In their voyage they are accompanied by a go-getting, cold-blooded journalist Kinga (Anna Dereszowska) and her ironic cameraman (Zbigniew Zamachowski). Karol never stops in his attempts to win over Majka’s heart enchanted by her beauty and personality, but his job is not an easy one. Her first impression of him was extremely poor, plus two more men join the quest for the girl’s heart: her head over heels in love with her best friend Kuba (Leszek Żurek) and remorseful ex-fiancé Cezary (Bogusław Linda). Majka also has to confront the clownish “Blind date” star (Tomasz Kot) who believes that each and every daft exploit is a suitable weapon in the struggle for ratings. The protagonist has to learn how to survive in the unpredictable and dangerous war between men and women, but she can always count on her faithful girl-friends who will do anything to make sure she is happy.
