Antoine, a shy accountant, lives a dull life. One day he’s assigned
to a fitness gym, where he starts receiving mas-
sages from Antoine, a muscular man of African
origin. Gradually, he becomes aware that
he enjoys the feeling of physical pain, and Domi-
nique’s massages become more and more violent.

- Antoine, a shy and uptight accountant, is married
  to Edith, and lives a dull life. One day he’s assigned
  to a fitness gym, where he starts receiving mas-
  sages from Antoine, a muscular man of African
  origin. Gradually, Antoine becomes aware that
  he enjoys the feeling of physical pain, and Domi-
  nique’s massages become more and more violent.
  Between the two men, a sadomasochist relation-
  ship develops, in which Antoine feels more and
  more free from the conventions that burdened him.
