    • Synopsis
    • 1970. Beatriz is an 18-year-old Brazilian student. She is detained by the military regime accused of belonging to the subversive student movement and to an armed guerrilla group that fights against the regime.

      After enduring ten days of torture without the military proving her involvement in the accusations, Beatriz is returned to her broken family by a Brazilian army officer who simply says, "I'm sorry, it was a mistake."
