- Synopsis
- The city of Kaiko-shi is nicknamed "Crime City" where violence and poverty prevail and people compete for each other's lifelines. The chairman of a financial conglomerate, Gojo, uses his power to cover up all kinds of wrongdoing. Kim Seung-gi, a Korean mafioso, is complicit in these misdeeds and extends his own power. As the redevelopment of the city is promoted by them and the lives and peace of the residents are threatened, a special investigation team is formed in secret to stop it. The members of the team are Kumamoto, Nishizaki, and Nohara, who are all in the violent crime investigation division, and one more person... Torada, a former violent crime investigator who is serving time for the murder of the son of a Korean mafia member. As the special investigation team led by Torada proceeds with their investigation to round up Gojo, the evil aspects of the case are revealed one after another. The financial conglomerate, mafia, yakuza, and even prosecutors and other powerful organizations gradually come to light, and who are the "true evil entities" and "traitors"? What is the view at the end of desire? In this town, a deadly struggle for survival unfolds.
