    • Synopsis
    • Two years after Chul-ho lost his wife at a concentration camp for political prisoners, he wondered off in China and returns to his hometown near North Korea border with China.
      Unlike his wife who was martyred for her strong faith in the country where ideology of Great leaders are all and any other belief is strictly forbidden, Chul-ho denied God and survived.
      But, when he returns, he discloses his plan to cross the border again with his underground believer comrades in the village to keep his wife’s last will to save them all in the search for freedom and new life. Everyday, the underground believers witness horrifying arbitrary shootings for border crossing and they struggle with Chul-ho’s plan. When they finally decide to follow Chul-ho, the border becomes tightly guarded due to the sudden death of Great General KIM. And, their plan for freedom gets jeopardized…..
