- Synopsis
- “And we… how did we come?” is a 2D animation series -without dialogues- where the images and actions will narrate the different ways through which a family with children can be established. In this context, topics that range from adoption to the various ways of conception will be addressed: assisted fertility, surrogacy, egg donation, sperm donation, embryo donation will be part of these stories, focusing on the paternal / maternal - infant bond.
  Ten families will be the protagonists of this series. In order for these families to be established, each couple or person will discover “The Stork”, Dr Quimey, the farm’s doctor, who will guide them to make their dream of creating a family come true. In her magical tree (Clinic) Dr Quimey will detect what’s missing in each case and together with the patients will search for the absent puzzle piece to incorporate it and thus creating life.
  
  As the cases are presented, we will see the characters appearing in subsequent chapters as families already established, thus giving continuity to the series. However, each chapter will be independent. We will tell how the desire to be parents is stronger than the physical impediments. It will be a series of adventures where the characters will have to overcome obstacles in order to obtain the most precious treasure: a child. Each chapter will focus on one of the different family models: hetero-parental, homo-parental or single parent as the context of each particular story.
  What strongly structures and unifies the series is the desire to be parents of each of the characters, the difficulty to do it in the traditional way, the detection of the problem and the search for the solution as an exciting adventure to finally have the precious child.
  Story lines of 2 chapters.
  1) The cow Ulrika loves children. She has many boyfriends but she doesn’t end up in a relationship with any of them. One day she decides that the only thing she wants to start a family is an offspring. She asks for help from Dr. Quimey and together they look for a bull that donates his sperm. In order to find the donor, they go through a series of adventures in the forest. Finally, she gets pregnant and has three calves. (Sperm Donation - SMC: Single Mother by Choice).
  2 Two roosters from different barns -Raymundo and Roberto- fall in love and go to live together. One day Raymundo proposes Roberto to have a son. They look for their friend the stork, who they know can help them. Together they go in search of something quite difficult, a chicken t
